  • Congress passes WRDA Section 3104 that authorizes the Rankin Hinds Pearl River Flood & Drainage Control District to proceed under Section 211 of WRDA 1996 to complete a Feasibility and Environmental Impact Report to address flood risk along the Pearl River.

  • Rankin Hinds Pearl River Flood & Drainage Control District begins Feasibility and Environmental Impact Report.

  • Scoping meeting held in Jackson, MS.

  • Scoping meeting held in Picayune, MS.

  • Feasibility and Environmental Impact Report begins USACE review process.
